meditate, in the home itself; pray, seeking harmony with the springs of higher thought; fraternize with the suffering, comforting and helping them; asserting oneself, listening to melodies of deep emotional content, are valuable resources and techniques of rest that can be applied anywhere, in the possible hours.
Just enter the room, close the door and talk to God, as Jesus taught when referring to the technique of prayer. The bedroom is the intimate world and the door is the access to the outside. In this quiet place you will hear God.
